October 2025 – October 2026
From October 2025 through October 2026, Nalaquq is supporting two trainees, with a third joining in May 2026, through an NSF-funded project focused on drones and mapping. These trainees are building skills in ArcGIS mapping and analysis alongside their own Part 107 certification pathway, strengthening our ability to integrate drones, mapping, and community decision-support tools in remote Alaska communities.
