Community-based Training

We have experience leading community-based training for rural, Indigenous communities. Our approach combines traditional knowledge and experiential learning (i.e., “learning by doing”) with a focus on integrating training into Yuuyaraq (trans. “our daily way of subsistence living”). We understand local community needs and develop training that values Indigenous learning and communication styles. We have experience facilitating on-site training and workforce development including:
